Vince Merenda founded CADENCE Legal on the belief that a law firm should keep pace with the clients and industries it serves. Vince saw a disconnect between the way modern businesses operate and the traditional legal practice model. 

 

Prior to CADENCE Legal, Vince worked as an Associate Attorney at a boutique law firm and creative agency advising clients across diverse industries, from media companies to start-ups to public figures. Vince’s practice spans both transactional and litigation matters, with experience negotiating intellectual property licenses and asset acquisitions, developing strategies to protect and commercialize IP, and handling complex intellectual property and business litigation.​
